FAR IMMERSIVE is developing a series of interactive fairy tales for virtual and augmented reality titled, FIODORA'S FABLES.
These fantastical tales explore the aspects of humanity, in the vein of Hans Christian Andersen and The Brothers Grimm.

WHAT WE’VE ACCOMPLISHED SO FAR

FIODORA'S FABLES began development in May 2018.  
In June 2018,  FAR IMMERSIVE was accepted into the Oculus Start Program.
September 25th, 2018 Fiodora’s Fables Alpha debuted at OC5.
October 19th, 2018
Fiodora’s Fables premiered at the DTLA Film Festival’s first ever Immersive program.
October 20th, 2018 Fiodora’s Fables was showcased at Visual Reality 2.0 in Los Angeles, CA.
November 2nd, 2018 completed a Magic Leap port of Fiodora’s Fables, transitioning the experience from VR to AR.
November 6th, 2018 completed an Oculus GO port of Fiodora’s Fables, preparing for the new Oculus Quest.

Fred Beahm - Creative Developer

With fifteen years of industry experience, Fred Beahm is an award winning editor that has worked on a variety of projects spanning from feature films and television series to commercials, music videos, documentaries, and virtual reality. He Co-Produced and edited the cinematic VR experience, 'Auto', which premiered at the 2017 Tribeca Film Festival. Recently, he finished editing the Feature Film 'We Take the Low Road' and Co-Directed the experimental 3D360 experience titled ‘The Cabiri: Anubis’ which was chosen as an Official Selection of the 2018 Seattle International Film Festival. Fred was also recently accepted into the Oculus Start Program.

Aton Sanz-katz - Creative Developer

Attained his B.A. in Motion Pictures and Television from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where he was the recipient of the prestigious "King Award." He received his M.A. in Visual Effects and Animation for the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco. Aton worked for Dreamworks TV from 2015-2018, where he animated and directed various projects including Dreamwork TV's first ever 360 project. He was invited through Mettle to speak at Adobe Max and N.A.B. as well as interviewed by Forbes magazine for his pioneering methods in the immersive arts. Aton was also recently accepted into the Oculus Start Program.

Ran Sieradzki - Creative Developer

After obtaining his B.A in Illustration and Design and Digital Character Animation Diploma from Sheridan College. Ran's nearly 17 years in the Animation industry, ranging from web advertising, commercials, tv shows and film. Ran is currently a Lead Faculty of Animation and a Freelance Animation Supervisor for film and VR, Located in Vancouver, Canada. He worked on feature films such as “Captain America: Civil War”, “Divergent”, “Batman VS Superman: Dawn of Justice” and “The Finest Hours”, Ran brought his Animation talents to the Oscar-Nominated blockbuster “Guardians of the Galaxy”, “Pan”, and the critically acclaimed family film “Paddington”. He has worked as an Animator, Lead Animator, Compositor and Freelance Animation Director and Animation Supervisor in Tel-Aviv, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and London, UK. Ran was also recently accepted into the Oculus Start Program.

Yao is an award-winning composer, sound designer, producer and artist. She recently graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor of Music Degree in Electronic Production & Design and Film Scoring. Passionate about immersive worlds and storytelling, Yao has made it her mission to pursue a career combining her love for music, sound and technology. With this mission in mind, she is now the CEO and founder of ICTUS, a company that provides 360 spatial audio solutions for multimedia. She aspires to always stay at the forefront of technology and use it as a tool to elevate art, without ever overshadowing the core message and values that it brings.

Chris Bobotis
Director of Immersive, Adobe | Co-founder, Mettle

Chris is Director of Immersive at Adobe, overseeing the company’s Immersive Media efforts. Chris is the software architect for Mettle’s SkyBox suite of 360VR video and cinematic VR tools, which Adobe recently acquired from Chris’ company Mettle. Chris co-founded Mettle in 1992. Today, Mettle customers include Facebook, Google, Apple, Samsung, CNN, HBO, New York Times, NASA, and virtually all other professional 360˚ content producers. Chris is an advocate for immersive storytelling, and regular presenter at major events and conferences like SIGGRAPH, NAB, IBC etc.. Chris grew up in Montréal, and previously worked as a creative director, art director, copywriter, designer & illustrator.

Ryan Whitehead
Creative Director & VR Supervisor, Digital Domain

At Digital Domain, Ryan Whitehead is Creative Director & VR Supervisor, responsible for driving and shaping creative for Digital Domain’s top VR projects, including 60 Minutes Gorilla Doctors, multiple series’ for CBS Sports, and Taylor Swift’s Emmy-Award-Winning “Blank Space Experience,” the first spherical video project ever to be awarded an Emmy. 

An award-winning VR pioneer, Ryan holds five VR Emmy Award Nominations, and has picked up multiples Cannes Lions, Clios and Webby awards. He has helped spearhead and guide the VR industry, and has always been active in supporting the community. Ryan has brought more than a decade of spherical video experience to interactive projects for over 100 of the world’s most prominent brands, including Audi, Samsung, NFL, Bad Robot, Disney and Nike.
